I concur with everything strat said and only add that in addition to the great playing, the sound quality of the 10-10 acoustic set is absolutely top notch.

A couple relatively overlooked '80 shows that I like:

05-08-80 Glens Falls
A nice first set with lots of energy. Alabama>Promised is a little sloppy but rips along pretty good. Fine versions of FOTD and Ramble on Rose as well. The meat of this show is the second set. The pre-drums is all quite good particularly UJB and Eyes and then there's the Stella. One of my absolute favorites, the tone of Jerry's solo at the end always gives me goosebumps. If nothing else, you should definitely hear this.

SBD:

AUD (if you don't mind a bit of crowd noise this is quite nice):

05-10-80 Hartford

A decent first set though nothing really stands out except for the Passenger. Not a huge fan of this song but this version is great. The magic is all in the second set it starts off with a very hot China>Rider and you can really sense that the band is very "present" (one of my favorite "wish i was a HEADLIGHT"s). And then the rest of the set is filled with some very unusual and well done song pairings and transitions. They keep the energy high all the way to the end. If you're adventurous then set the show to stream without peeking at the setlist.

SBD (set 2 only):

AUD (another very nice one)

A couple little nuggets off the top of my head:

06-05-80 Compton Terrace

Space>Truckin'

06-08-80 Folsom Field

15th anniversary show, open with UJB>PITB>UJB. Uncle John's is especially fine

10-19-80 Saenger Performing Arts Center

Arguably the best acoustic performance of 1980. Great Bird Song, unfortunately only available as a fairly rough AUD

12-13-80 Long Beach

Scarlet>Fire
Probably not a top 25 version but I've always quite liked it, has some real oomph at times.

05-08 real nice board...Garcia's solo at the end of Stella Blue is a bit unusual as he didn't typically use that much reverb, worked well, he briefly switches to a real creamy distortion before switching to his more standard tones in the close...
